Helene, thanks for sharing this. It includes some real thoughts for pondering. I say often "leadership is not about problem solving." Said it several times this past week during some important meetings. It can be a challenge stepping away from problem-solving mode. I think many people feel that this is what leadership is all about. It's very tangible work, but often can be a default mode of thinking and action. We are more than the problems we have.
